Mr. Elumalai established NK Tools in 1985, bringing extensive experience in the engineering sector. An ITI-qualified professional, he worked with major engineering companies like Addition, Simpson, and Bimetal Bearings for almost 10 years, gaining deep knowledge in providing solutions to various technical problems that the automobile industry may face.
He started his own organization with a single tool & cutter grinding machine, establishing a legacy of precision and quality craftsmanship that continues today.
Managing Director: Mr. Karthik Elumalai
Mr. Karthik Elumalai graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and went on to pursue his Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2016, he established Swasthikaa Engineering and Enterprises as a key service provider in the tubular automobile industry.
Under his leadership, the company has grown to become a leading manufacturer of ERW, CDW, HR, and Bright Bars in Hosur. Swasthikaa Engineering proudly holds the distinction of being Hosur's first CDW manufacturer in the industrial history of the region.
Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Karthik
Mrs. Vijayalakshmi Karthik graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) and earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA). She joined Swasthikaa Engineering as the Executive Director in 2018.
All production operations, quality assurances, and supply-chain logistics activities are managed under her strict supervision, ensuring highly efficient day-to-day operations and reliable, on-time delivery schedules for our automotive clients.
High-Capacity Steel Tube Manufacturing & Processing
We maintain a production capacity of 300 Tons of CDW, 500 Tons of ERW / HR, and 100 Tons of Bright Bars per month.
To support this high output, our facility spans a 4,500 Sq. Ft. raw material stock and CTL (Cut-To-Length) area, alongside a 15,000 Sq. Ft. main manufacturing and production floor, ensuring seamless service and supply lines for our clients.
